I recently entered into a verbal contract with sprint pcs, terms sounded great, agreed over the phone. I get my bill and discovered the terms that i agreed to, were not what sprint pcs is claiming i agreed to. Of course now the tables are turned and this agreement favors them. When you tell customer service you agreed to a differant set of terms, they tell you youre crazy, you agreed to the terms they now present.
It boils down to youre word against theres, and of course they win, you lose, and you pay threw the nose. I honestly feel sprint empolyees will lie and tell you anything to get you to agree to sign up with them, once they get that, they change the rules, and tell you tough luck. P.S. Ask sprint for the agreement in writing before you agree to anything.
