You have committed fraud. I purchased $150.00 worth of gift cards yesterday 9-13-11 which can not be used as the cards were never activated... I was told by your store that I had to contact your head office and that my money would not be refunded to me as there is nothing they can do... in the meantime I have been to the albertson store in Corona two times trying to get this issue resolved... And again was told, sorry can't give you your money back. I said how can that be, I have given you a $150.00 and receive nothing in return. While wasting all this time on getting this gift card issue resolved, I bought a bag of candy that had melted in the car... I contacted the headquater office on 9/13 which took more time out of my day, only to be told they could not start working on this issue for 48 to 72 hours and that they would not be replacing my candy that melted in the car... What horrible people you are. I have been a loyal customer to your store for as long as I can remember, even with your prices as high as they are... And only to be treated like dirt... I called your headquater office again today and again was told I must wait 48 to 72 hours and no my money will not be refunded. So I am out $150.00 and a big bag of candy... I am not sure this is legal... I will however, not do anymore shoping at Alberstons again, but I do want my money back and the bag of candy replaced.
