Good Ol Boys movers broke our desk and suggested to us that we file a claim with the company. We did, and the company responded by offering $60 dollars. The manager, Lee Nelson, refused to accept responsibility for the failure of his staff to use due care in moving our furniture. I also found scratch marks on other pieces. He enlightened me about his company. The low rates they offer mean they will not compensate you adequately and reasonably for damage. If you care about your furniture, stay away from Good Ol Boys. They are bad, really bad!
