Good ol Boys movers ripped off my mother when they moved her in 2009. This is a 68 year old woman with few possessions and little money - the extra $250.00 she was charged was a great deal to her. After a couple of phone calls to the company they promised to come to the house to speak about the extra charges on the credit card and the refund they had promised - naturally, no one ever showed up.
I later researched the company and found a lot of the same kind of stories. They are getting very well known in the Kitchener Waterloo area for this kind of unethical business practices.
