Dave, who is a man of many names and companies, is currently 1 month delayed on project. He asked for money upfront (escrow) and some of the escrow to be released, and then some more. I only did the first initial escrow release request, to help motivate him. He still hasn't gotten anything done for me.

I have had a few other people try him (due to legal procedures and trying to see if I was a unique situation) and I'm not, all of them got poor quality than was originally asked for, no following directions, and a lot of excuses with a request of releasing money early.
