The Liberty Tax Service prepared my taxes in 2001. This past July I recieved a letter from the Internal Revenue stating that the taxes had an error and they corrected it and now we owe a sum of money, plus fees and penalties.
After I recieved this letter I immediately phoned the tax service. I spoke to a receptionist there and she assured me they would take care of the problem by the end of the week. It has now been 7 weeks and I can not get in touch with these people. After daily phone calls, emails and certified letter (that was picked up) there has been no response from them.in my emails and letters I have written the urgency of this matter still with no response from them.
