I filed my taxes online on Jan 13th. It was approved and accepted by the IRS on the 14th. The Irs deposited / releashed my Refund on the 28th. After Numerous calls and emails to the IRS and my bank trying to figure out where the money is the IRS traced my refund and told me it was deposited in Liberty Taxes bank account and in order to get it back I would need to go through them. After 3 days of unanswered emails and several calls to Esmart / Liberty Tax service NO ONE can tell me where my money is. I even called their Bank - Republican Bank - and they dont have any information on my return or my social security number. This is unacceptable.
