I have been trying for 2-3 months to get cybersonic to send me my replacement toothbrush heads that i have been charged for on my credit card. I have spoken to a customer rep. And left a message, was told there was a back order but they would be sent out. Needless to say i have yet to recieve my brushes and now it is impossible to contact them by phone, there machine simply cuts you off.in addition rendering the whole system useless.
