Kohls allowed me to exchange my entire Heys luggage set for a new set when a strap broke on my carryon. I had already used my luggage set for 4 months in international travel, and all three pieces were scuffed up. Heys has a lifetime warranty, but I dreaded calling Canada to get warranty service from Heys. Kohls took care of the problem for me. Superior customer service.
