I tried to order from Airsplat over the phone and after a lot of indecisive B.S. The sales representative told me to order on line. This was after a disappointing conversation with the sales manger Michele, who did not back up there word of taking care of the customer. Also she then informed me that the free shipping was $3.99, Seems that airsplatt doesnt really have a customer service program that works. The price of the item I was trying to buy changed without notice. But on there website it still had the sale price? HMM is pricing subject to Michele's daily mood?
