The store was unorganized, especially the panty bars. And getting appropriate assistance from any employee was practically impossible. A new employee was terribly trained, clueless about the items and promotions, and and refused to use her headset to get help or check the stock room for me. A more seasoned employee acted in a similar manner. While checking out, I was hassled about about separating my items for two separate purchases, and not allowed to use one of my coupons that was perfectly eligible (even after reading the fine print). I also was not allowed to get a tee that was ADVERTISED as available for a promotion going on.instead, I was only allowed a cheap and boring item. As a former VS employee, I was able to navigate my way alone and find what I needed. However, it took much longer than necessary due to the poor assistance from employees. Any other customer probably would have given up and left. When I walk into a VS store, I shouldn't feel like I am more knowledgeable and have to rely on my own former expertise to make my purchases. It should be a relaxing experience in a store I love, with friendly and knowledgeable assistance from employees about the newer products.
