January 3 I made my first purchase at the Victoria Secret's store located in the Bloomington in shopping mall. I paid with my personal credit card. The cashier asked if I would like to be on their mailing list. They would send monthly coupons. I agreed. A few weeks later I recieved a bill from Victoria Secret"s angelcard with my balance transferred from my charge card onto their 22.8% angel card!!! I called the customer service number and their home office and have e mailed them. I have recieved no reply. Can this be legal???
