These people are professional liars, cheaters and stealers! They not only low-ball your quote they promise an actual full-size moving van and send a significantly small Budget Rental Van - if you try them and see that RUN AWAY, but never try them in the first place!
Then, they cannot take all of your things. Then they negotiate to send a small truck for free; then they hold your items hostage for at least a week with no contract mind you and then tell you if you do not give them either 300,500, 800, etc, that you will never see your goods again.
Someone police, ABC News someone needs to get involved and put these people out of busiess - the word terrorits comes to mind, but it isn't strong enough. Anthony is an SOB in the worst way!
