Rip-off billings 1/26 credit me $49, 7/2 chg back $49, 7/2 CREDIT ME BACK $49, AUG 3/12 CHG BACK $49.00

Dish credit me $49, in jan 26,12, then chg me back $49, in july 2,12, then credit me the $49 same day, then chg me back 8/2 on my acct. They said they made a mistake on my bill, i said it took you 8 months to chg me but noone called me. They wouldnt credit me this chg. I owe it.
