These people are the biggest liars a company can be!
Especially Alonso. I have sent him no less than 10 emails and he can t even get my parts to me, nevertheless the right ones.
And they have a fake parts manager named john, I guess that is another part of their scam so they don t have to be bothered with the numerous complaints.

This company sucks and will send you scooters with bad tires, and refuse to replace them, even when you were told they would. Don't put your kids on the items they sell.
