I first was called by Prestige payment services 2 months ago, and they said they would save me hundreds on my c/c processing, we went through my last bill from my current provider and said they could have saved me 250.00 off that bill, which was based on 13000.00 in c/c sales.
I was asked to sigh a 48 month contract at 228.00 a month, for there machines, i though thats kinda high but if i'm saving 250.00 per month, so i'm still saving money, so ok.
And most importantly they said it would connect with quickbooks, my computer i use.
Once i got it all hooked up, and it did'nt connect i called the help line, they said it would not ever connect, i said than cancelle my service.
The following day a man calls me and tells me to run the c/c sales as cash, which messes up my reports but i said i'll try it.
So i used the're service for a month and when i got my bill, based on 12000.00 in sales it cost me 100.00 more than my last provider charged me for 13000.00 in sales, so called and complained and cancelled my service.
The next day a man named Tony calls me and tells the reason it was so high is because 75% of my sales were keyed in by hand and i said i know thats what i told the lady who sold me the service, (i sell alot to out of town customers), he said he'd try to switch stuff around and save a little more money, i said ok.
Two days later i received a bill for the leased machines for 228.00, so they not only did't save me money, it's costing me 350.00 dollars per month, more than my last provider.
So they say i have to still pay the lease for 48 months, maybe it's just me but if they don't honor this contract why should i.
