Bandolino boots

I have purchased many Bandolino shoes throughout the years. I recently purchased a pair of Bandolino boots on November 17. They are knee-high black riding boots. They have metal decorations and straps on the outside.

The boots started to fall apart on the first day I wore them. The decorations on the outside became detached. Most recently the strap on the ankle became detached too.

I am extremely upset about the craftmanship of these boots. They are so poorly made.

I have retained my receipt as proof of purchase and would like to let Bandolino know my disappointment.
