Was billed for unknown services even though no agreement with said company was entered. Other individuals in the house have no idea what the bill is for either. Bill states i made a 4 min call to untd kingd with a charge of $20.00 and taxes and fees of $4.95 for a total of $24.95. When i tried to search for website the search brought up two sights yours and the better buisness buro froud account. How do i contact these people to tell them they have the wrong person or clearafy this bill in some way?
How do i tell them i am not a customer of theirs and don't want to be or intend on calling the UK? All i know is i don't intend on being a sucker and sending them $25.00
