I and my wife have been tracfone customers for many years now.in the
past we have tried other services but found the service area spotty
especially where the service should be strong. This brings up the
reason for our being with tracfone in the first place. My
understanding was that tracfone has contracts across the entire U.S.
Continent.in traveling my feeling was that service would be available
anywhere. I purchased a Double Minutes for Life card and have been
using it ever since. On renewal I have always purchased time which was
then DOUBLED! I now have the situation where the phone has 3264.6
units of time and has not been working for the past 3 months per my
wife.By the conversion chart provided by tracfone 3.08 units = $1.00.
My calculations show that they now owe me $1059.94 in U.S. Dollars for
service that has been automatically deducted from my bank account to
Insure continuing service. My wife has tried for the past 3 months to
resolve this several times an now we have met with nasty customer
service. I am looking for someone with a big stick to get their
attention and recover my earned money as we drop their service.
