This builder wants to rip people off by adding an allowance for landscaping (i.E. Laying sod) but then does a terrible job of it. They never properly graded or cleared our property and laid sod over large rocks/boulders and tree stumps and roots. They also never staked the sod where needed and left large gaps between rolls.
