Mauricio Vargas of M&S Landscaping (License Number: 13VH01826100) did not complete job per manufactures specifications, contract and drawings. This is a very incompetent contractor. He has been back four times to fix the job and he cant get it right. He does not have insurance. Retaining walls were installed on an angle and walls bow (not straight). There's no geogrid behind walls over four feet (architects and engineers were not utilized for the job). Contractor used an inexpensive and weak adhesive between engineer block. Pavers were installed without border or pattern and with odd cuts. Trash, dirt, large rocks, and tree stumps were utilized as backfill. Pavers were unevenly installed. Bar and firepit were installed unevenly and too low. To the point where granite installer won't install granite top. Contractor installed electric and plumbing himself without utilizing licensed contractors (they don't work). New contractors anticipate the job to cost twice the original job ($25,000 to $40,000). Please HELP ME. There is so much more to this. I have lots of pictures. This is the large stuff. He broke a storage shed. Damaged my driveway.installed steps not to code. A ton of little things. This was a very large job over 1,000 sqft in pavers and 200 feet in linear walls.
