As part of an landscaping project, old bushes were to be removed. The landscaper never removed the roots of the bushes from the property. There are large roots that still protrude from the ground. An additional 200 dollars was given to complete tree removal from the front of the property. This was not completed. The owner stated he would come around and finish the job. This has not been done. The company was paid in full. This is an unsatisfactory state of affairs.
