The company contracted with Joe's Moving of Abq., NM to pickup my furniture and boxes in Grants, NM. Then let it sit in a warehouse in Abq. For 4 days.
When empire relocation finally delivered the good, all my wood furniture was scratched, the headboard to my bed was broken, my 32 inch tv was missing, all my boxes were open and I had sealed them, my dresser drawers had all been gone thru, my mothers very old turquoise necklace and bracelet was stolen, they alone are worth about $3000.00. Some boxes were missing with my belongings. All the glass on my large pictures was broken.in Denver they contracted with 67th Logistics, Inc. To deliver my stuff. Their address is 5303 East 47th Ave. Unit N, Denver, Co 80216 tel. 303 399 1383. They brought it in a rental truck.
I have filed claims, but have not heard back from anyone except, Joes's Moving and I asked for a bill of lading and they told me they had given it to the pickup men from empire relocation. I know they have to keep a record of what business they do, so that is a lie.
I paid $1346.00 for very bad service and having my stuff stolen.
