Susie Perrine pretends to be a experienced real estate broker but she is completely incompetent. She runs around Nevada acting like she's helping you but in reality all she is doing is billing you for services that you could do yourself or pay someone else (who actually has a degree in real estate or the law) half of what she charges.
She always has communication issues and blames everything from computers to other people for her inadequacies. I am not impressed with her poor quality work and know several people who are not either. She lists tons of community volunteer work as accomplishments on her website. That is not good enough for real estate matters involving hundreds of thousands of dollars. I wanted to give her a chance because she seems nice enough at first but you quickly realize she is a snake in the grass and is only out to make $ for herself. My deal was never completed and she has since ignored any calls or emails.
Do not hire Susie Perrine or Las Vegas International Realty for any services.
