We contacted John Smith and the John Smith Real Estate Group to act as our buyers agent in purchasing a new home.initially, John came across as very sincere and kind.
As soon as we had located a home, things changed for the worse quickly. Phone calls went unreturned, John kept putting us off, etc... It wasn't until later that we found out he botched the title search which ended up costing us thousands of dollars. The financial people he put us in touch with charged us more - we didn't know about this until we were in the middle of closing and John made some grandiose lie about the reasons for this.
I could go on and on. Suffice it to say, you should not use this person for your Real Estate needs. He's not honest. He reminds me of a sneaky snake oil salesman because, he's cut from the same cloth.
