Family auto tags stole money, never answers phone, squeel like a pig

Dispite everything I've read about him on the internet, I took the advice of a friend and hired him.

Later I found out my friend was a coke head. But thats besides the point. I guess?

Gave the guy a healthy retainer. He did what he said in the beginning. He is a self proclaimed zonning consultant in Philadelphia, Pa.

Came back and needed the other half of the money to finish up. I promptly paid him.

Never saw him again
