You pay for what you get. American Heating, INC. Is a RIPOFF. They were 20 minutes late and they charged me for that. It took over two hours to figure out a problem with my Air/Heating unit. The conclusion was I had to have them come back and fix a valve needed to be replaced. The service technician read my manual for over almost a half hour (of course I got charged for that too). Of course I did not have them come back to fix the valve. The company said that is normal policy. Another time, I had another company come out and it took them less than an hour to figure the problem out (I guess that company has their normal policy of good customer service and quality).
