I am a small business man. I contracted with AT&T advertising solutions for pay per click advertising.
I was told that I would get 24 to39 telephone calls per month. AT&T has not delivered the minimums 3 out of 4 months. Now I am being told that I am being lowered to 9 to 17 phone calls a month. I pulled out the contract and I now understand that I have 5 pages of loopholes that make up my contract.
The AT&T contract states that they do not guarantee any performance with there advertising!!!
There is 5 pages of contract to make sure I pay and to cover them from poor to no performance.
My suggestion is to have the AT&T rep read all of the contract to you before signing.
