Initially we signed up for a $300/mo advertising budget, then after paying for 6 months without results and decided to cancel, now sales lady found that we had our contact info listed incorrectly. They offered (sales people) to apply all the money spent as a credit, by upping my budget and signing another contract with understanding that i would try for 3 months, and cancel if it would not work.
After signing new contract, couple months later I started receiving bills. I contacted my rep, and she said that she would look into it. Anyways, their other department deciding to give me only half of the credit and not full. My rep did not understand why, but said that she cannot do anything, t hat is their decision...
EXCUASE ME!!! I've signed for new package knowing how much credit would be applied, and I'm not getting it? I have tried canceling and they would not budge. I'm being harrased by collections company now...
Guess what, I'm taking these idiots to court. I'm not playing games here. AND WILL NEVER EVER EVER DO ANYTHING WITH YELLOWPAGES OR ATT AGAIN! All my business parteners heard it, and many potential costomers are alergic to anything that has to do with "ATT or Yellow Pages!
