Took 16.00 out of my account even when I canceled it ahead of time

I had talked to these coupon people, and they said I would get A GIFT BASKET WITH GIFT CARDS FOR GASOLINE AND OTHER THINGS when i found out it was a fraud I canceled my order and they took the 16.00 out any way also they mailed me two rebates and Im not using them I just my money back
