You did my tub last year, and it has come up. We need to have you re-do it.
Here is an e-mail from him - Theses are his actual words.
"Sorry for your inconvenience. I would be happy to come fix the problem. 40.00 trip charge 50.00service charge for materials n labor."
"Hour 179 craigslist special comes with a one-year warranty. This is our commercial grade house flipper apartment special. Our 249 bathtubs are residential quality five-year warranty. I'm sorry if you were confused. I have offered you a remedy to the situation."
I spent $269.00 with this chain smoking BOZO. His work is shoddy and won't honor his warranty.
E-mail me and I send you pics of what his work looks like after 1 year.
He only accepts cash and I don't think he carries insurance.
