Eagle Electronic Resources Moving company steals your money and possessions

This company failed to deliver as contracted. Estimate almost doubled on day of pick up.
We never received our possessions even after paying close to $1200 dollars up front. They have refused to contact us after several phone calls and emails. We have filed a complaint with the DOT which is currently under investigation.

We just received notification from the insurance company that the policy was cancelled in May and would not cover our move as well as telling us that the claim had to be initiated by the carrier.

We have been trying to resolve this issue since Oct and it is now July.

We have been unable to find out where the possessions are being stored so we can arrange for alternate pick up.
