Saw Stack and Tilt advertisement, no price mentioned. Looked at website to check price. $19.95 stated and was told you get online access to additional golf instruction resources included. Read fine print over and over looking for hidden details. Nothing. Called the customer service and asked, "What is the total price? Is it just 1 charge of $19.95 or will there be additional auto charges after a certain time period?" Nope! I was told only ONE simple charge and nothing else for the stack and tilt DVDs. Other than shipping of course. Well, that was in January. My husband... Now... Notices on his bank statement continued charges of $19.95 for stack and tilt and a separate $19.90 for Medicus Video. I called the company and was told the Stack and Tilt was 5 payments of $19.95 and the access to online resources (the one that was listed as "includes" in the original ad) is a forever monthly charge of $19.90! I talked to a rep and then a supervisor and they both said all of these details are on the website, I must have missed them! I told them they were not clear and that's why I called their customer service PRIOR to ordering and was straight up lied to. I feel they are falsely advertising and BEWARE to anyone who even considers buying from Medicus and giving your credit card information. I got nothing back after $200 being taken from my bank account for something I was told would be $19.95.
