I orderes a signed Ryan Braun baseball to give to a family member for Christmas on December 2, and got an order confirmation. After two weeks, I tried to track the shipment, but I couldn't find it on the website. I called them, and was told that the item was out of stock. I spoke with a manager named Joe, and he said that he would send a ball signed by another player (Prince Fielder), and it would be "Expidited". On December 23, I received a package, but when I opened it, it was a totally different player (Chipper Jones). I called the company, and spoke with Michelle, and she said they would send the correct ball via UPS Saturday delivery, and I would definitely get it before Christmas. It didn's come. After another two contacts (via webchat this time, since I figured I should get all correcpondence in writing), and after sending back the incorrect ball, I told them to cancel my order, and ordered something else from another company. Three days later (12/30), I come home to a package on my porch from them, which I no longer want and/or need. This was supposed to be a Christmas surprise, and after many failed promises from them, All I want is to send it back and to have my money refunded, it hasn't even been opened.
