I ordered a signed basketball from sportsmemorbilia.com in November for Christmas. Wow horrible, horrible, horrible service. The signed ball cost BIG bucks. The one shown online was NOT the one sent to me and when I called I ended up speaking to five different guys. I sent pictures to three of them and got basically called a liar from them. Only one acknowledeged that the wrong ball was sent. No offer to get me the right one, I would NEVER EVER order from this company from Florida again. It took several weeks and two calls to get the ball when it was told to me it would be shipped within a week. Very POOR service. Be very careful. Never offered to give my money back and said absolutely NO RETURNS accepted even though it was there fault. All I wanted was what I paid for. Terrible terrible very disappointed.
