This report is to warn each and every person about the trucking company know as EMAN Transport, LLC. Our company hired him on for a period of two months, just two damn months. This company run by Emmanuel Africain is the worst owner-operator I have ever used in the past 28 years I have been in business. This thief and fraud will ruin you. Again, I have been in business for 28 years and he as come close to putting me out of business.
Every load except the first I contracted him to haul resulted in a disaster. I ended up hiring a PI to help recoup some of my losses, hopefully. My wife and I have been, are now, and will always be honest hard working and for someone to come along like Emmanuel Africain and attempt to ruin all that I have worked for has made me question whether life is even worth living.
The only time I ever cheated anyone in my life was when I was 8 years old and I stole a pack of baseball cards; that was 1954. My Daddy made sure I understood the mistake I made... With his belt. This man and his company, whom no one has ever taught that lesson to, prey on honest hard working Americans who do things the right way. I do not gamble, bet if I did I would bet that EMAN Transport, LLC has never done anything right in his entire life.
There are 28, yes that's right, 28 victims and counting. The private investigator I hired and my Grandson are going to make sure that every victim has his say on this page. Thank you complaint. Maybe soon justice will be served and this awful excuse for a man, Emmanuel Africain, will be shut down, arrested, and incarcerated for a long time to come.
Please don't let him be caught hauling your goods when the authorities close in because they will be in impound!
