Received servies in March that I wasn't satisfied with and received a shrug of the shoulders and an, "I'm sorry". Services were overpriced, $299.99 for a deep cleaning and teflon and some sort of bacterial protection, which I think was all BS. Then there was an unauthorized charge for $219.95 on 4/10 from this same company. Again on 5/9 for $58.62, and again on 6/26 for $32.56 The owner was arrested on 3/17 for a warrant because he was operating as a contractor without a license. He was arrested just a few days after I received my services. The owner has done nothing but write me a bad check for a refund of $58.00 and given me horrible customer service. They have duped me out of over $600!!! Very upset. Do not, I repeat, do not do business with Nu-Air Carpet cleaning.
