This is my very first experience working for a staffing agency. The initial appointment left me feeling like I had wasted my time. The employees didn't make me feel like the would sincerely find me a job. They seemed uninterested and indifferent to everyone's employment situation. So I never went back.
Well one day, several months later they called me about a job. I was skeptical at first about working with LGS, but I decided to try it. The recruiter who called me about the job was so nice and professional. She worked hard on my behalf and seemed interested in employment for me.
Well after working, I didn't get paid. I called LGS and they directed the blame towards the company. I was told my account would be researched and someone would call me in 5 minutes by Aaron. I never received a call back so I called an hour later and spoke to Matt who not only asked me the same questions all over again, he was rude and kept cutting me off. When I tried to ask him something he said he couldn't talk to me and type at the same time without warning. Afterwards he hung up on me.
I called back and asked for a supervisor and Mary said no. She said she could help me but of course she couldn't. I explained to her that I was no longer concerned about the paycheck and I only wanted to report my treatment. I asked for the corporate complaint information and she said to me that she was corporate
and that she can see why the reps are being mean to me because I kept calling wasting their time. I have never been so mistreated in all my days.
