I bought a dress from TB DRESSES on the 01/18 and i did not recive it until the 03/08 when i took it out of the package i notice it was of very bad quality i emailed tb dresses that day and sent on pictures they replied saying they had not recived the pictures i sent a total of 19 e mails before they recived the pictures and now they are saying i did not get in contact until the 03/23 which is a lie i have proof i sent the first email on the 9th of march they are also saying i am out of the time zone to return my dress what do i do now the dress is falling apart in my arms it is going to cost me two much money to have it fix what will i do now
