Kept charging monthly fee after i cancelled. If you cancel make sure you get a cancellation number so the next time you call they don't say they have no record of the cancellation

Experian keeps charging my credit card the monthly fee after I cancelled. When I called again they said they didn't have record of my previous call. Don't get ripoff by these thieves, when you call ask for a cancellation confirmation number. You should also record the conversation with their permission.
