A charge of $9.95 showed up in my checking account, I did not authorize this charge. CIC or consumerinfo told me tried to convince me that I had singed up for a membership of some kind and that I should "take full advantage of the benifits" because I had already paid for this month. It took several customer service representatives to finally get me a refund.
