Francisco Rivaflecha should not be trusted. This individual took a considerable cash deposit for granite counter tops and failed to install the counter tops as agreed. After losing in small claims court, he still refuses to pay back the money he stole from me. Unfortunately for him, I have now placed a lien on his house and I have gone to court, eventually getting a warrant for his arrest the next time he gets pulled over.
What goes around comes around... Just a matter of time.
