Our mother-in-law purchased me a winter layer from Lakeland in Kendal for Holiday. Used to do not use this layer every single day and by mid-February it'd pilled throughout and there is indicators of use about the cuffs. I delivered the layer towards the shop simply to be informed from the manageress which was what wool does. After I examined the tag it didn't have any wool inside it. As my mother-in-law purchased the layer used to do not need a bill but informed the manageress the precise day the layer was purchased and he or she stated that she wasn't ready to monitor it about the sysytem. I insisted the layer was delivered to client solutions. I obtained a notice declaring that it was typical use and a suitable degree plus they weren't likely to do something about this.
I wrote a notice back declaring that I be prepared to have more than 2 weeks (not constant) need replacing of the layer that price £120. I also stated that I had been an area client and had purchased quite a bit of issues in the past couple of years and might they consider my criticism again. Fourteen days later they've not really bothered to answer my notice.
I'm that I've been handled really poorly by client solutions and cannot think that within this economic system they're ready to eliminate local clients. The Manageress of the Kendal shop was really rude and unhelpful. I don't recommend anyone to look at Lakeland Leather.
I'd have atleast anticipated an answer to my notice.
