Terrible customer service - Ordering posters online

I received a poster in the mail yesterday that I ordered 2 weeks ago from PosterXXL and the whole top is cut off of what they sent me. The poster is completely useless with half the words cut off. Someone at PosterXXL should check their work to make sure they are printed correctly before they send them out so they don%u2019t waste time and money sending out faulty posters. I politely called asking them to refund or reprint, or do anything to make this right since I paid for it in full up front and have nothing to show for it. I cannot remember the last time I%u2019ve received such terrible customer service as they made no attempt whatsoever to rectify the situation, but rather pointed fingers and cast blame and said they cannot help correct the mistake in any way. I%u2019ve wasted two weeks waiting for this poster to arrive, plus all this time on the phone and sending e-mails trying to politely ask them to make the situation right, and they have not tried to help correct the problem whatsoever. I still cannot believe that they know very well that they sent out a completely useless poster and are not willing to spend the dollar or two that it would cost them to print it correctly. If that is they kind of company they are, then I'd like to let others know of the awful service PosterXXL provides so other potential buyers out there don%u2019t have to go through the nightmare of dealing with this company like I did.
