This company started out great and has been on a steady decline. My latest order was the last straw. It took more than 3 months to receive the order, then it came short 2/3 of the products ordered. They took payment from me, and seems they hoped I wouldn't notice I paid for more products than they shipped! Of course, they don't have the other products, so had no choice but to agree to refund the money they stole. Never ever again. All done with totsy.
