AT&T Universial Card violates the fair credit reporting acting by insisting individuals in post dating checks which is an illegal activitiy. They use discrimanting tones to make collections and their method of reporting late charges are excessive and criminal. I am interested in filing a class action suit againt AT&T universal card.
