Hi there i ordered some items from designer outlet uk website on 19th of march now we have 22nd of may it said it will take up to 21days but i still didnt recive anything i wrote to them and i was asking about my order but they said check your local post office but they said they havent got anything, about week ago i wrote them another messege asking what will they do will they send me items again or will they refund my money but i didnt get no answer and it says on their website "We answer all inquiries within 1 business day"but i still didnt get any answer from them could you help me out?
