I bought (or so I thought) a shower curtain (very cool with the periodic table painted on it). I paid by credit card. I never received it. I tried to communicate with the company many times. Finally they answered that they would take care of my order. It never happened that way. They didnt refund the money back; didnt write to me a second e-mail; didnt answer my new e-mail.
Thinking it could be a mistake (perhaps my payment never arrived to them) and because I wanted the curtain, I ordered (and paid) it again. ERROR!!!: same thing!: They didnt send the curtain, nor refund, nor answer...
I think they had a problem with my order (whatever that is) kept the money and forgot about me.
