This company should be shut down. They lied compulsively, made a fraudulent charge to my credit card, didn't deliver when they were supposed to, and damaged 85% of the items they "supposedly" wrapped & moved. Oh, and the best part? When I asked about buying insurance they sent me an insurance certificate and assured me my stuff was covered up to $50,000 under their insurance. The part they left out was that their insurance had lapsed for non-payment 60 days earlier. No insurance means no restitution for damages!
Not only did they not pick up in their own large-enough truck, but they loaded into a Penske truck, unloaded into who-knows-where without my knowledge or consent, they re-loaded into a U-Haul truck to make delivery 3 days late. Their employees are so happy that two of the loaders quit within 2 days, and the third was still there only because he is a responsible father!
And all this for 150% of their contract price! Run, people... Run!!
