Hmmmm, were do i begin i purchased my cell phone in september and i have recieved over 5 bills for 3-4 months of service... Every time i call the company either its busy or the call gets disconnected this is constant... And then i have people say that they are the highest person in the company there i find that strange i didnt think that i would get to talk to a supervisor i guess i was lucky... My bills have been over $100 for the past 3 months... Im unsatisfied with the service and the customer service i dont know what to do i cant cancel or else i have to pay the $200 disconnection fee what should i do?
